Guests
If you feel like inviting relatives or friends on your next trip, with your Royal Holiday membership you are free to invite whoever you want; travel to the destination of your choice during the season of your preference. Just verify the number of Holiday Credits within your membership to do so*.

Lodging Units
Stay at a comfortable and spacious lodging unit. We have different room sizes that are based on the number of guests that will stay with you or available Holiday Credits in your Membership.


Types of Lodging Units:
  • Studio: Maximum occupancy*, 2 to 4 adults
  • Junior Suite: Maximum occupancy, 4 adults
  • Ambassador: Maximum occupancy: 6 adults
  • Presidential: Maximum occupancy, 8 adults
  • Royal: Maximum occupancy, 10 adults
*Maximum occupancy and type of Lodging Unit may vary depending on the Resort. Kids count as adults. For more information consult Destinations.

Your reservation confirmation
You may book a reservation 30 days after signing your membership contract or upon paying your Annual Fee. You will be handed a confirmation of receipt with the date of arrival and departure (Check-In and Check-Out), type of lodging unit and all of the information about the hotel. Just make sure to present your reservation code number at the front desk upon arrival.

Seasons

  • Prime, includes weeks of higher demand and varies from one country to another
  • High, covers all year except during Prime and Mild
  • Mild, are months of lower travel demand

The best of both worlds!
With Royal Holiday you can stay at the best hotels, resorts, condominiums and villas in the world. Some are property of Royal Holiday (which belongs to Park Royal Hotels & Resorts); others are international timeshares handled by Resort Condominiums International, which offer space to Royal Holiday members in their destination of their choice, guaranteed; and others are affiliated resorts which offer Royal Holiday members a most pleasurable vacation. Royal Holiday members can grade these resorts based on quality service.

Additional Services
At Royal Holiday we like to make a difference with those extras. If you need a baby crib, an additional bed or make special arrangements for the handicap, just let your Holiday Advisor know in advance. We'll do everything to make your stay a more comfortable one. Additional services require an extra charge, which must be covered directly at the hotel.   • Press the Log-In button, key in your Member (Lead) ID Number and password
  • Press on Book your Hotel and key in your destination, travel dates and number of people accompanying you
  • Click the Reserve button
  • Follow the steps as they are shown
  • Get a confirmation of receipt of your reservation
  • Print your confirmation of receipt
  • Present your confirmation of receipt at the hotel front desk upon arrival

Need to cancel a reservation?

  • There is a $40 USD fee for cancelling 90 days (or after), before the Check-In confirmation date
  • A $100 USD cancellation fee is required, 31 to 89 days prior to the Check-In confirmation date
  • Cancelling 30 days (or prior) the confirmed reservation Check-In date, will result in the loss of all Holliday Credits and the reservation will be considered as used. Credits are debited from your membership account and are not refundable
